Sherbourne Health
Centre is a dynamic community-based health centre in
downtown Toronto. We offer high quality primary healthcare
and programs and services that support physical and
emotional wellbeing. These include counselling, health
promotion, mobile health services, complementary and
alternative care, support groups and drop-ins, training and
mentoring. We particularly welcome and serve newcomers to
Canada, those who are homeless or unsafely housed, and
members of the LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans)
communities. |
