registered charity many of our programs rely on the generosity and support of

Cheque
Personal cheques can be made payable to “Sherbourne Health Centre” and mailed to
the address below. To donate to a particular program, please provide this
information with your cheque. And for a tax receipt, please make sure you
include your full name and contact details.

Securities (including stocks, bonds and mutual funds) can be donated to
Sherbourne Health Centre or one of our programs via the on-line charity giving
website Canada Helps. Please use the step-by-step process via the Securities
option on the drop-down "How To Give" menu on the Canada Helps home page. You
are also welcome to contact Claire Jarrold, our Development Officer at any
stage.
