Healthcare delivery and services in Ontario are
undergoing dramatic and rapid change. To continue to provide high-quality
services to diverse communities, we must continuously improve delivery, adapt
new methods and tackle new challenges.
Such progress and growth is impossible without a guiding strategic plan. In
2011, the Sherbourne Health Centre Board of Directors, in consultation with our
clients, communities, staff and volunteers will develop a new blueprint to
replace the current 2008-2011 strategic plan. Our next plan will outline the
Sherbourne Health Centre’s goals until 2015 as we plan new and expanded programs
to meet the increasing healthcare needs of the communities that we serve.
Meanwhile, we are proud to share our current strategic plan.
