In fulfilling our mission, we strive for:
Innovative models of promoting urban health;
Ease of access to primary healthcare services that meet the needs of the diverse communities we serve;
Interdisciplinary services that include complementary and alternative therapies;
Specialized expertise in serving communities of focus who are underserved and face barriers in accessing primary health care, namely the LGBT communities, homeless and underhoused people and newcomers to Canada.
