At Sherbourne Health Centre, we believe that Complementary and Alternative care is an important adjunct to the achievement of health and wellness. Through innovative partnerships, we are able to offer local residents two complementary and alternative care clinics:
■ The Community PHA Naturopathic Clinic for HIV/AIDS treatment
The Community PHA Naturopathic clinic was founded by the AIDS Committee of Toronto
(ACT) and the
Toronto People with AIDS Foundation
(PWA. It is a teaching clinic operated as a partnership among Sherbourne Health
Centre,
Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine
(CCNM), ACT and PWA.
It is staffed by students interns and a clinic coordinator. Under the supervision of a licensed Naturopathic doctor, coordinate the delivery of services to clients.
This clinic could not offer its services without the generous funding and support of individual donors and the following sponsors:

The Chiropractic Clinic – originating from Wellesley Hospital – is a student practicum clinic in partnership with Sherbourne Health Centre and the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC).
It is staffed be student interns, who under the supervision of licensed Chiropractic Doctors, co-ordinate the delivery of services to clients.
