How do I make an appointment?

New clients

There is a great demand for many of Sherbourne's programs and services. Some, like general and LGBT primary health care, are currently unable to immediately accept new clients. Some, like counselling, may be able to accept new clients. By calling our medical reception at 416-324-4180 during clinic hours you can find out the status of the service you require. If you are placed on a waiting list, it is our goal to take people off such lists over time as new client spaces become available.
