At Sherbourne Health Centre, we are committed to delivering primary health care services that meet unique circumstances. While we are open to everyone in our catchment area (see below), our services are aimed at three distinct groups: the homeless and underhoused, newcomers and the LGBT population.

We also offer comprehensive primary health care for the lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans (LGBT) communities as well as a broad range of programs and services designed to meet other specific healthcare needs.

If you require any of the above services, please make an appointment by contacting medical reception at (416) 324-4180, as we do not offer walk-in service. Clinic hours vary according to the services required.
As well, the Sherbourne Health Centre houses three
independently operated clinics managed by their respective professional
colleges. To attend any of these clinics, you need a referral from Sherbourne
staff who are treating you. The three independent clinics are:
· Community Chiropractic Clinic: No geographic restrictions
· Community Naturopathic Clinic for People Living with HIV/AIDS: No geographic restrictions
If you have an OHIP card, covered services are free. Please bring your OHIP card with you to every appointment.
If you do not
have an OHIP card, but live in the local community, you can still receive
Sherbourne Health Centre services free of charge.
