Appointments and Clinic Hours

If you require primary health care services, please make an appointment by contacting medical reception at 416-324-4180, as we do not offer walk in service at this time. Clinic hours vary according to the services required.

 

Interpreters and special needs
If you require interpretive services or have special needs, please inform the medical receptionist of this when you call to make an appointment.

Fees

If you have an OHIP card, covered services are free. Please bring your OHIP card with you to every appointment. If you do not have an OHIP card, but live in the local community, you can still receive primary health care services free of charge.

Electronic Health Record
Sherbourne Health Centre continues to be a leader in using electronic health records (EHR) to streamline client registration and improve your overall care. Your health data is stored electronically on highly secured computers.
