How Can We Help You?
We’re at 333 Sherbourne Street, Toronto

Sherbourne Health Centre has been building connections and building health in the local community since 2003. We offer the highest quality healthcare, and develop programs and services to fill existing gaps and address specialized needs. Our programs have more than 100,000 client contacts each year with newcomers, children, seniors, the LGBT community and many others who come from the diverse communities we serve. We focus on being welcoming, inclusive and accessible, and our key services include:

LGBT Services – primarily city-wide, but some services have no geographic restrictions; Rainbow Health Ontario is province-wide
